What's up Milwaukee
The child poverty rate in Milwaukee is 41.3 percent. Just think about that. The biggest city in the state where over half of the state's minority population calls home has the fourth highest child poverty rate in the nation.

When i was living in CO I was suprised to learn that it has the 3rd highest child poverty rate. It is sad, I agree.
