I am not a homicidal psychopath

I have learned that the best way to flag cyclists down at night when one doesn't have a voice is most certainly not to turn into a parking lot, shine the headlights on them, honk, and then wave wildly as they ride by. It only seems to make the cyclists go faster.

I've accomplished something today. By that I mean that I have handed pieces of paper to ladies at desks who kindly accept them and then send me on my way in a stupor.

I addressed materials intended for the PUC to the LBB instead. Oops.
