Cut him

If I don't let them know by Saturday what are they gonna do? Cut me?
-Brett Favre after being questioned about the Saturday deadline the Packers have put on him to announce his retirement or come back.

I don't know if this is an actual quote. I found it on the internet, but it fits in with my previous post so I stick with it. I'd cut him. I'd also be active in the free agent quarterback market. Sign Kerry Collins or somebody along those lines just to scare Favre a little.

Update: This quote is real and comes from an SI article in which he says he'll only come back if they put together a winner for his last season.
